Robert Cervantes - Attorney

In 1986, Mr. Cervantes graduated with a Bachelor of Arts degree in sociology from California State University, Fresno. It was during this time that he pondered how he could have a greater impact in the community. He felt that he could so by attending law school to become an attorney. 


In 1991, Mr. Cervantes graduated from Central California School of Law in Fresno, California, with a Juris Doctorate degree in law.


In 1993, Mr. Cervantes passed the California State Bar Exam and established his private practice, focusing on criminal law and family law at his current office location at 1340 Van Ness Avenue in Fresno.


Mr. Cervantes served as the Dean for the Central California School of Law, his alma mater, and was adjunct-faculty as a torts instructor.  


Mr. Cervantes has served as a judge pro-tem for the Fresno County Superior Court. He is also a member of the Latino Peace Officers Association, La Raza Lawyers Association, and the Fresno County Bar Association.
